Urban Yoga Hikes
Whether you're local or not, you will feel like a wide-eyed tourist on your Urban Yoga Hike. Megan leads private group hikes through San Francisco's most stunning neighborhoods. She will take you through beautiful hidden alleys and secret stairways with postcard views at every turn. A yoga hike is sure to wow your friends or family and create memories you'll cherish forever.
The intensity of the course is tailored to your group, but you can expect to get a good workout. Hikes are generally about two hours long. We pause three times along the route for brief yoga sessions. All of the yoga is beginner-friendly, and even those completely new to yoga will benefit from Megan's accessible teaching style.
The routes vary, but many hikes cover parts of the Pacific Heights, Nob Hill, Union Square, North Beach and Russian Hill. Megan is also available to tailor a special hike for you outside of San Francisco.
